The son of a piano teacher and a guitarist, Rob picked up one of his father’s guitars at age 12, learned a few chords and took off from there. An active-duty Air Force officer, he co-founded Operation Encore in 2014 along with Erik Brine and Chris Kurek, as a way to help military and veteran songwriters accelerate their careers and share their original music. Rob is currently stationed in Europe with his wife and three kids
Erik Brine is the co-founder of Operation Encore, an Air Force active-duty veteran, a former C-17 pilot, and a current Reservist and Presidential Management Fellow. He has served his country in numerous capacities, including over the skies over Iraq and Afghanistan. Actively involved in several veteran assitance programs, Erik lives in Arlington, VA with his wife and four children
A native of Eugene, Oregon, Tom spent a 22-year career in the Air Force, flying A-10s and F-16s all over the world. He joined the first OE album as both a studio musician and songwriter with “In Tent City,” inspired by his time serving in the Gulf War. Tom is a prolific songwriter, musician, and producer and the most recent addition to the OE board.
Guy Jaquier is a retired corporate executive with over 35 years in the commercial real estate development and investment business, most recently as CEO of Prologis Private Capital. He serves on a number of for profit and non-profit boards, launched a series of singer/songwriter compilations for Notes4Hope (a breast cancer charity) and founded Buckeye Road Music. Guy has released two albums of his own material under the Buckeye Road label including "Bourbon & Friends" and "Ewe Rock".
An active duty Air Force Officer and pilot, Daryl earned a computer science degree from the US Air Force Academy and a Masters degree in computer information systems from St. Mary's University. Having served in Iraq and Afghanistan and flown around the world in C-17s, he now resides in the Las Vegas area with his wife and three children.
