Steve Mansfield
Steve is the managing partner of the San Francisco office of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, an international law firm that is assisting Operation Encore in its conversion into a 501 (c) 3 charitable organization. Steve previously served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney prosecuting fraud and corruption cases and is also a prolific singer/songwriter.
Ed Scheuer
Ed Scheuer earned his MBA at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and founded Capius Consulting following a consulting career of over 20 years. He has worked with many emerging companies, focusing on risk management, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, financial process re-engineering and internal audits. Ed is also a frequent performer of music and theater, a former rugby player and an expert cocktail designer.
Lucas Hoge
Lucas Hoge is a native of small town Hubbell, Nebraska and now lives in Nashville, Tennessee. His new album entitled "Dirty South" debuted on the top of the Top Country Album Sales chart and his song "Medal of Honor" is an incredible tribute to military members. Lucas has been a tireless supporter of the U.S. Military. He's visited bases in Iraq, Kuwait, Kosovo, Afghanistan, Africa, Alaska as well as other locations over the last nine years on the Armed Forces Entertainment Wrangler National Patriot Tour.

Tom Gamble is the founder and owner of Gamble Family Vineyards as has served as the Honorary Wing Commander for the 60th Air Mobility Wing at Travis Air Force Base. A life-long farmer, Tom developed an early love for music and is a frequent writer and director of music events and music charities. He has also been a sponsor of several Nashville acts..
Shannon Hodges
Shannon is a retired Special Agent with IRS Criminal Investigation. In that capacity she conducted and supervised criminal investigations of financial crimes involving drug trafficking, corporate fraud, public corruption, tax evasion, and terrorist financing amongst other federal crimes. Since retiring she has provided anti-money laundering consulting services to financial institutions, as well as financial investigative and forensic accounting services to victims of financial fraud. She has no musical talent but is an enthusiastic supporter of Operation Encore and the veterans that are served by this outstanding organization.
Adam Rossi
Adam is a music producer and member of The Recording Academy. With over 25 years of experience recording, mixing, and performing with singer/songwriters and bands in the San Francisco Bay Area, his production work has been featured in every media format from movies, TV and radio to immersive VR/AR experiences to award winning toys and video games.
Sylvie Hale
Sylvie Hale, an Army wife of 30 years, is Director of Strategic Planning and Program Development at a non-profit education research development agency. In this work, she combines her deep knowledge of school and district improvement with her experience in applying technology to complex issues. She supports Operation Encore by consulting on fundraising strategies and grant applications.
